Chief of Staff

In her role as Chief of Staff at Espousal Strategies, Monika manages internal initiatives and employee engagement efforts. She also supports the firm’s clients, with a focus on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise outreach and engagement.

​

Monika has over 15 years of experience working with entities focusing on business operations, small business engagement, developing partnerships and small business development. She was instrumental in TriMet awarding contracts totaling over $130 million to regional certified and small businesses. 

​

Prior to joining Espousal Strategies, Monika worked at Multnomah County’s Department of County Human Services managing the Business Services unit in the Community Services department, focusing on business operations, procurement efforts and working with community-based organizations that provide social services in the county’s service area.
