Senior Equity and Policy Strategist

Latricia Tillman is long-time champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion with more than three decades of experience in community-based organizations, government agencies, and higher education, with a particular focus on public health and health equity.

 

During her time at the Oregon Health Authority, she helped launch the Office of Equity and Inclusion where she built the team, created a culture of excellence and inclusion, and developed the office’s first community-informed strategic plan. She led the effort to integrate health equity into Oregon’s health systems transformation, including integration of traditional health workers, doulas and certified health care interpreters in the workforce. Latricia's belief in the wisdom of diverse communities, paired with her deep understanding of public health and policy, drives her to foster authentic, inclusive leadership in support of impactful solutions that promote health and wellbeing for all communities.
