Director of Operations

As Director of Operations for Espousal Strategies, Jesse oversees project controls and advances innovative processes practices to support the entire team.

He also utilizes his background in social entrepreneurship, lean data collection, and strategic planning to help advance the priorities of our clients and the communities they serve.

Jesse comes to Espousal Strategies with a breadth of experience bringing projects and organizations into alignment as a communicator, work systems developer, and implementer. A self-identified “community builder,” Jesse believes strongly that fostering more just and equitable communities requires building public/private/non-profit partnerships. This ethos has been evident with an on-the-ground approach throughout his career. This includes his time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa; project work with American Indian/Alaskan Native communities while at the National Council of Urban Indian Health; and on-site work with traumatized communities in Haiti, Gaza, and Sandy Hook, Connecticut through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
