Jesse Harding is a seasoned strategic leader and problem solver responsible for translating Espousal Strategies' vision into action-- driving organizational performance and growth. As Director of Operations, Jesse manages internal systems, strengthens project delivery, and supports cross-functional collaboration across the firm’s diverse portfolio. He brings over 15 years of experience in project management, community development, and organizational strategy, with a sharp focus on aligning big-picture goals with day-to-day execution.

 

At Espousal Strategies, Jesse leads internal oversight and operational alignment for complex infrastructure and policy initiatives, including the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program. He creates and implements firmwide systems and tools, supports staff training, and manages resource planning to ensure high-quality results across the board.

 

Jesse’s career spans international social impact, community health policy, and civic infrastructure. He has coordinated trauma relief efforts in conflict zones through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, advanced health care equity at the National Council of Urban Indian Health, and built a successful client-centered real estate business. Across roles, Jesse brings an entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to equity and impact.

 

A former Peace Corps volunteer, he holds an MBA and a graduate certificate in Social Innovation from Portland State University, as well as a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oregon. Jesse thrives at the intersection of vision and logistics, helping teams solve big problems with clarity and care.
