Based in Seattle, Bree Nicolello works with clients in Washington State and leads business development efforts for all sectors and markets throughout the United States. With a reputation built on trust and results, she has led efforts to successfully position organizations to expand into new markets, attract funding, and build their profile at a regional and national level. 
 
Before joining Espousal Strategies, Nicolello served as Program Director and later, Community Development Director, at African Community Housing & Development (ACHD), where she spearheaded community development initiatives and distribution of nearly $40 million in COVID relief. Prior to her work with ACHD, Nicolello served as a Project Manager with Forterra where she worked with communities throughout Western Washington on landmark urban policy and planning initiatives.
